Manchester United are reportedly still in the market to secure the services of one more player before the transfer window ends.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has already had a successful transfer window, signing Jadon Sancho from German giants, Borussia Dortmund and Rafael Varane from the Los Blancos, two players who were primary targets for the club.

However, according to the Manchester Evening News, the Red Devils business is not done just yet, as they are exploring the opportunity to put pen on a midfielder in the final two weeks of the window.

Question marks have been raised regarding Paul Pogba’s future, as he has now entered the final 12 months of his current deal, while fringe players such as Serbian midfielder, Nemanja Matic are considered surplus to requirements.

The 20-times English champions have already spent over £110m this summer, though they are hoping to generate some funds from player exit, with the likes of Jesse Lingard and Phil Jones up for sale, while Andreas Pereira and Brandon Williams are expected to depart from the club on a season-long loan deal.

If the Red Devils do manage to free up some funds, then they will look to target Rennes playmaker Eduardo Camavinga, who is valued at around £34m as he has less than a year left on his contract.

Brighton & Hove Albion’s Yves Bissouma is believed to be an alternative if they are unable to land the 18-year-old Frenchman.
