Manchester United star Andreas Pereira has once more time emerged as an option for Serie A club Lazio in the final weeks of the transfer market.
Pereira spent last campaign on loan at Lazio, but the Biancocelesti decided against taking up the option of signing him on a permanent deal.
The Brazilian midfielder has been involved in pre-season with the Red Devils, though the English outfit want to move the player on this summer.
The Premier League heavyweights are waiting for proposals for Pereira and it has been stated Lazio are again interested.
According to an Italian radio station Radiosei, the South American is again being considered as an option by them in the final weeks of the transfer market.
Pereira enjoyed life at the Stadio Olimpico last season and is stated to be interested in returning to Lazio this summer.
He’d prefer a permanent transfer and is likely to agree to a fresh loan deal as well because Andreas is unlikely to play much football with the 20-time English champions next season.
The jury is out on whether the Italians will make an acceptable approach to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side before the transfer window closes.
