Manchester United could reportedly move for Serie A giants, Inter Milan playmaker Marcelo Brozovic during the January transfer window.
The 20-times English champions boosted their team over the summer with the signings of Tom Heaton, Raphael Varane, Jadon Sancho and Cristiano Ronaldo, however, the club did not bring in a new playmaker despite head coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer seemingly being keen to strengthen his midfield area.
According to the Manchester Evening News, the Red Devils could enter the market in January for a central midfielder, and Brozovic is a potential signing for Man Utd next summer.
The Croatia international is a key player for Inter, but his deal is set to expire next summer, meaning that he could be available for a cut-price deal in the winter.
The 28-year-old midfielder has featured in both of his side’s Serie A games this season, while he has played 244 games for the club in total since arriving from Croatian giants, Dinamo Zagreb in July 2016.
Man United also continue to be rumoured with a move for Declan Rice, however, could be forced to pay in the region of £100m for the Hammers midfielder if they wish to sign him.
