Manchester United are reportedly keen on signing Everton’s Dominic Calvert-Lewin in the summer.
The forward’s goalscoring exploits this campaign have caught the eye of manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who is looking for an upgrade in the final third.
Dominic has scored 15 goals in the Premier League this term and was one of the division’s most prolific strikers during the first half of the season.
Although the player has found goals hard to come by recently, the English star is still one of the most promising forwards that the Premier League has to offer.
According to Stretty News, the Red Devils have already made contact with the Toffees over a summer move for Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
The attacker, however, is valued by Carlo Ancelotti’s side at £80 million and Everton are reluctant to budge from their valuation of the star.
Solskjaer is interested in bringing in a striker in the summer, as he has allegedly lost faith in Anthony Martial.
The France international has failed to consistently deliver for the Old Trafford side this season.
The report also says that Manchester United have identified Torino and Italy marksman Andrea Belotti as a potential signing.
Should their domestic rivals decide not to lower their asking price for Dominic, Belotti would be a cheaper alternative to the Englishman.
