Man Utd still have a chance to prolong City’s wait for a title with a win vs Leicester City this weekend. However, we have to sort out our own priorities first…

Games are coming thick and fast this week. Rotation is an absolute necessity. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has already lost his captain, Harry Maguire, through injury this weekend. It’s now down to the gaffer to protect his squad ahead of our Europa League showdown with Sevilla.

Barely 48 hours after United took on Leicester and the Old Trafford club are at it again. This time, Leicester City awaits. They’ve been distinctly average recently, though the Foxes still have Champions League football to play for. No doubt they’ll be bringing their A-Game for this one.

I do think we’ll see changes made here, and a fair few at that. If there’s any game to do it, this is the one, particularly with Liverpool away on Thursday. It does present an opportunity for some unfamiliar faces, though. Anyway, let’s get right into the all-important team news…

Check out our predicted Man Utd XI vs Leicester city in full here:

Dean Henderson will get the nod in between the sticks as goalkeeping is hardly a position that really takes its toll on the body.

Brandon Williams is the first of many changes. If there’s anyone in this squad who needs a break, it’s Aaron Wan-Bissaka. Alex Telles also comes into the side, with Luke Shaw dropping out. Victor Lindelof’s back has to be managed, which is why I’ve gone for the combination of Axel Tuanzebe and Eric Bailly at the heart of our defence.

Nemanja Matic will be given the chance to sit at the base of our midfield and do the dirty work, allowing both Paul Pogba and Donny van de Beek to get themselves forward. Bruno Fernandes is given the game off.

I’ve gone for Edinson Cavani as the lead striker here, as he only played a small role off the bench last time out. Although I’d imagine he’ll only be given an hour. Juan Mata is given a rare start, with Marcus Rashford completing the side.
