Manchester United are open to offers for attacker Anthony Martial this summer transfer window, according to the reports.
The France international has struggled for form this season, finding the net only seven times in 36 games.
Martial’s career has never truly taken off at Old Trafford since arriving from Ligue 1 giants AS Monaco in a big-money deal six years ago.
As such, The Touchline Talk reports that the Red Devils are thinking about selling Anthony Martial at the end of the current campaign in the hope of raising funds to secure services of Erling Braut Haaland.
Borussia Dortmund striker, Haaland is widely considered to be the 20-times English champions top attacking target, though they face stiff competition from a number of other heavyweight clubs.
Meanwhile, Wolverhampton Wanderers’s Pedro Neto has reportedly emerged as a summer target for Manchester United in the attack as an alternative to long-term interests Jack Grealish and Jadon Sancho, but would still cost at least £50 million.
The 21-year-old star has been one of the few bright sparks in a disappointing campaign for Wolves, scoring five goals and registering five assists in 29 Premier League appearances.
With Grealish and Sancho both likely to be valued close to £100 million in the transfer market, the Portuguese star could represent a cheaper option for United as they look to add a right winger to their roster.
