Premier League giants, Manchester United are reportedly planning to make a move for Juventus defender Merih Demiral.
The 20-times English champions continue to be rumoured with Real Madrid’s Raphael Varane, however, the club are believed to be considering bringing two new centrre-backs to Old Trafford this summer.
Eric Bailly’s future with the Red Devils is believed to be uncertain, while Axel Tuanzebe is believed to leave the 20-time English champions on loan for the 2021-22 season.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the Red Devils are showing an interest in Demiral and could offer €45m (£38m) for his signature.
The 23-year-old, who represented Turkey this summer European Championship, still has three years left to run on his deal with the Italian giants.
Demiral only played 24 games for Serie A giants, Juventus in all competitions during the 2020-21 campaign, although he was unavailable for a period in the first half of the season following to a muscular problem.
Man United, meanwhile, are also believed to be working on a new deal for Bruno Fernandes, while Jadon Sancho’s move from Borussia Dortmund could be confirmed before the end of the week.
