Manchester United are reportedly interested in securing the services of highly-rate attacking duo Goncalo Ramos and Cody Gakpo, who play for Benfica and PSV Eindhoven respectively.
Despite spending £216m in the summer transfer window, Antony was the only player that strengthen the Red Devils attacking force and their poor start of the season means that Ten Hag would love to add more fire power upfront in January.
With Cristiano Ronaldo’s future appearing to be uncertain and Anthony Martial struggling for fitness, the 20-times English cahmpions are still searching for further additions.
According to The Express, Man Utd are considering moves for Ramos and Gakpo as they look to strengthen their attacking options.
The PSV forward was strongly linked with a move to Old Trafford in the summer, however, he stayed with the Dutch giants after no transfer materialised, while Ramos has attracted interest from a number of top European teams after his fine form for Benfica.
Gakpo, who is one game away from his 150th PSV appearance, has scored 52 goals and provided 42 assists for the Dutch club where he is under contract until June 2026.
Ramos also has four years left on his current deal with the Portuguese deal, and he has found back of the net 22 times and provided 10 assists in 72 games for Benfica.
