Manchester United are reportedly interested in securing the services of AS Roma striker Tommy Abraham during next summer’s transfer window.
The England international made the move to Serie A giants from the Blues in August 2021, and he has impressed during his time in Rome, founding the back of the net 29 times and providing eight assists in 65 games.
Last term, Abraham scored 27 goals in 53 games in all competitions, in addition to providing six assists.
Meanwhile, he has managed to find the back of the net twice and provided two assists in 12 appearances for Jose Mourinho’s side this season.
Abraham has another four years left on his current deal at AS Roma, however, there were rumours surrounding his future over the summer, with a number of teams credited with an interest.
The West London giants are believed to have a buy-back clause of €80m (£66.7m) for Abraham, with the Blues able to activate it next summer, however, Arsenal are also believed to be fan of the English striker.
According to journalist Simon Phillips, there is also interest from the Red Devils, with Erik ten Hag’s side keen to explore the possibility of signing him ahead of the 2023-24 season.
“I am told that Manchester United are keen on signing Abraham in the summer,” Phillips told GIVEMESPORT.
The 25-year-old scored 30 times and registered 12 assists in 82 games for Chelsea, however, he left the London giants in search of regular first-team football, with Roma providing him the opportunity to showcase his skills.
