France international suffered from an injury-plagued campaign last year, but he returned in time to play a crucial role after the lockdown as he seems to have an important role in Man United moving forward.
However, Paul still only has one year remaining on his current deal, albeit the Red Devils have the option to extend for a further year. The club had been seeking nearly £25m for Chris before the covid pandemic hit but they’re close to agreeing on a deal closer to £18m.
Sergio has been told he can leave the Theatre of Dreams following the come back of Dean Henderson on loan from Sheffield United. The Argentine goalkeeper has already attracted huge interest from around Europe, as well as from within the PL in the form of Everton and Aston Villa.
The 33-year-old shot-stopper signed on a free transfer from Sampdoria in 2015 but he could fetch nearly £8m once he’s sold. Man United will listen to offers for Andreas Pereira, Jesse Lingard and Diogo Dalot.
