Juventus could reportedly planning to offer Manchester United the chance to secure the services of Federico Bernardeschi as part of a proposed deal for French midfielder Paul Pogba when the transfer window will be re-opened in the summer.
The rumours surrounding Paul Pogba’s future continues to gather pace, and it was recently reported that the Red Devils would be open to the idea of a swap deal for the playmaker ahead of the 2020-21 season.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Serie A champions are preparing to offer Bernardeschi to the Red Devils as a makeweight as they attempt to reduce Paul Pogba’s price.
The 26-year-old forward, who has also recently been rumoured with a switch to Barcelona, has only scored one goal in 24 games for the Old Lady during the 2019-20 campaign.
The 26-year-old has been a vital player for the Italian champions since joining them, though, featuring on 94 times in all competitions, scoring nine times in the process.
The Los Blancos have long been credited with a strong interest in Paul Pogba, however, a recent report reported that the Spanish heavyweights have now dropped their interest in the 2018 World Cup-winning midfielder.
