Man United return to action in the Premier League this weekend as they take on Crystal Palace at home on Saturday.

The Red Devils got a one-week extended break due to their European endeavours last season but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer still has to deal with a number of injury concerns going into this game.

Palace managed to pick up a win in their season opener last weekend but they have also lost their last 4 away matches in the Premier League.

Man United, on the other hand, are undefeated in their previous 14 league matches and despite the injury concerns, the home side are expected to pick up all three points.

Harry Maguire will reprise his role in central defence alongside Victor Lindelof as Aaron Wan-Bissaka starts on the right-hand side.

Luke Shaw has recovered from his injury and will get to feature vs Palace.

Paul Pogba has just recovered from COVID-19 and we doubt if the Man United boss would want to throw him onto the pitch straight away.

Pogba might very well start on the bench as Scott McTominay gets to start in midfield.

Donny van de Beek will get his professional debut in a more advanced role alongside Bruno Fernandes.

Mason Greenwood has had a nightmare couple of weeks and Ole should be smart enough to take him off the limelight for this opener.

Daniel James will hopefully get the nod ahead of Greenwood on the right flank as Marcus Rashford is deployed on the left-hand side.

Anthony Martial was in peak form during the 2019-20 season and he is a guaranteed starter upfront.

Man United’s predicted XI vs Palace:

Possible Starting line-up: Dean Henderson; Maguire, Lindelof, Wan-Bissaka, Luke Shaw; Van de Beek, McTominay/Pogba, Fernandes; Rashford, Daniel James, Martial.
