Manchester United are heavily linked with Sporting CP’s star winger Pedro Goncalvez, better known as Pote.
Few days back, we covered a report (via Record) claiming that the only way to seal the signing of the young attacker is by activating the release clause of £52.6million.
More recently, another Portuguese source in the form of A Bola (via Sport Witness) have reported that the negotiations are going to be straightforward. The Lions would demand a fee of 60 million euros from the Red Devils or Pote will not be sold.
The 22-year-old has been in top class form for Sporting CP, who find themselves eight points clear at the top of the table after 18 league fixtures.
The question is, how would he line up at Old Trafford if Man Utd do end up securing his signature in the summer transfer window?
The 20-time English champions have been looking to sign a quality right winger for quite some time. Jadon Sancho was in the lime light last summer but the England international stayed with Dortmund.
At the moment, Solskjaer does not have a consistent performer in the RW role and luring Pote might solve the problem.

Since Ole prefers to utilize the 4-2-3-1 formation, Goncalves could partner the likes of Rashford and compatriot Fernandes in the attack behind the main center forward. We need to sign a striker as well, someone who would serve the club in the long run.
