Manchester United are reportedly ready to make a move for Everton forward Dominic Calvert-Lewin in the summer.
The 24-year-old forward who is currently away with England at the European Championship has managed to found back of the net 21 times and provided four assists in 39 games for the Toffees during the 2020-21 season.
A number of teams, including Arsenal and Real Madrid, have been credited with an interest in the attacker.
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has considered him as an ideal replacement for Alexandre Lacazette who has been tipped with a switch to Atletico Madrid.
However, according to The Sun, the 20-times English champions are also keen on the Englishman, as the Red Devils look to bring in competition for Edinson Cavani for the 2021/22 season.
The Red Devils have also been linked with Tottenham Hotspur’s centre-forward Harry Kane, however, Calvert-Lewin would cost significantly less than the England skipper during this summer’s transfer window.
Arsenal and Man Utd are also believed to be keen to sign a new centre-back this summer, with Real Madrid’s star Sergio Ramos is a leading target, while Borussia Dortmund’s Jadon Sancho will officially move to Old Trafford after the end of the Euro 2020 tournament.
