Manchester United genuinely interested in Ruben Neves
According to transfer news from Express, Manchester United are genuinely interested in signing Ruben Neves. Our star man Bruno Fernandes is also keen on seeing his Portuguese compatriot making the move. United are looking to solve their midfield puzzle with the addition of a defensive midfielder.
These are optimistic times for Manchester United in the transfer window. Tom Heaton has already been signed while Jadon Sancho is close to being announced officially. However, it would seem that they will go after one more signing and it will be in midfield. Dean Jones from Eurosport spoke about how United’s interest in Ruben Neves is genuine and that his addition would please Fernandes.
The Portuguese international is one of the best young midfielders in the league. A seasoned midfielder too, the 24-year-old is at the right point in his career to take the next step. He is yet to reach his prime and United could have him for the best years of his career.
Wolves are said to be open to selling some of their best assets like Neves due to the pandemic. United can rest assured that Neves is quality as Fernandes knows him from the Portugal setup as well as seeing him in action in the Premier League.
