Manchester United head-coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has allegedly spoken to Borussia Dortmund forward Jadon Sancho about a potential transfer to Old Trafford.

While the Red Devils are known admirers of the former Manchester City forward, the Premier League giants do not intend on paying Dortmund’s £108m asking price especially after the crisis from the coronavirus.

With three years left on Sancho’s current deal with the German giants, that leaves them in a strong position as they bid to keep hold on of their main star.

However, according to Dagbladet, Solskjaer has been in talks with the 20-year-old and confident to lure him at Old Trafford this month.

Although the Red Devils are said to be willing to wait until the closing days of the current transfer window before make official approach, while Dortmund are in no rush to lower their price tag.

Manager Lucien Favre has recently indicated that former Man City forward will stay at the Westfalenstadion despite interest from the Premier League.

The Red Devils have already missed out signing of Gareth Bale who has been identified as an alternative to Jadon Sancho as Walse International forward is on his way to re-sign former team Tottenham Hotspur.
