Premier League giants Manchester United would reportedly be open to speaking with Serie A champions Juventus over the possibility of a swap deal involving French midfielder, Paul Pogba when the transfer window will be re-opened in the summer.

Real Madrid have allegedly pulled out of the race for Paul Pogba. However, Juve are believed to be still in the race for his signature and keen on to lure him at Allianz Stadium ahead of the 2020-21 season.

Pogba’s current contract at Old Trafford is set to expire next summer, although the Red Devils do have the option of extending his stay for another 12-months to protect his value.

According to Tuttosport, the 20-times English champions are aware that the coronavirus outbreak makes a straight cash deal unlikely, and Premier League giants would, therefore, be open to agreeing on a potential swap deal.

Aaron Ramsey and Adrien Rabiot has been mentioned as a possible makeweight, and the Frenchman would allegedly be open to making a switch to Old Trafford as he has struggled to settle at Juve.

Pogba has only made eight appearances for the Red Devils this campaign and has not featured since December, having undergone ankle surgery in the early stages of 2020.

The 2018 World Cup-winning forward has won four Serie A trophies during his four years at Juventus and believed to be keen on to make a return to his former club.

  1. Absolutely not, Ramsey is past his best and Rabiot and his wife/manager cause problems wherever they go. The only worthwhile swap deal would be if they take Pogba and Sanchez plus some cash. Ole knows what he’s doing and there’s no reason to agree to take players other teams don’t want.
