Manchester United seem ready to go back in for Inter Milan’s Ivan Perisic according to a recent report from the Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

Citing English press reports, Corriere dello Sport state that the Red Devils would seem willing to submit an offer for the Croatian national team player during the January transfer market period.

Inter are meantime willing to listen to any and all proposals for Perisic after Antonio Conte’s multiple failed attempts to convert the former Wolfsburg man from a winger into a wing-back.

In the event the 20-times English champions’ long-term target does go on to leave, the Nerazzurri will not be found unprepared.

Emerson Palmieri is on their radar as a potential replacement however the latest report does warn that Frank Lampard’s Chelsea will be a tough nut to crack and they won’t make it easy for the Italians to sign the Italy defender.

This season Palmieri has found playing time at Stamford Bridge limited and his representative has already confirmed that there is no chance that the player will be able to join Inter Milan on loan.

Meantime, Atalanta BC forward Amad Diallo will officially seal a move to Manchester United next month, according to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano.

THey announced two months ago that they had agreed on a deal for the 18-year-old ace, but the move depended on Amad receiving a work permit.

The youngster was born in the Ivory Coast before transferring to Italy at a young age and passport problems meant that the move couldn’t officially be signed off before the end of the summer transfer market.

However, according to Romano, the right-sided forward has now received his passport and will fly to England in January to join Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s outfit for an initial €25m (£22.7m) fee.
