Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United are reportedly both planning to make a move for Real Madrid winger Gareth Bale during the current summer transfer window.
The Wales international has been left out of the Los Blancos team for their final La Liga game of the current campaign against Leganes on Sunday.
The Wales international has only managed to found back of the net three times in 20 games during a disappointing 2019-20 season, while he has not featured in any of his side’s last six league games.
According to WalesOnline, the news that the 31-year-old has been left out against Leganes has put top teams in the Premier League, namely United and Spurs, on red alert.
Bale still has two years left on his current deal with the Los Blancos, though, and is allegedly not in the rush to depart from the Spanish capital, despite falling out of favour since Zinedine Zidane has been in the charge at the club.
The attacker has scored 105 goals in 251 games for Real Madrid, winning two league trophies and four Champions League crowns during his time in La Liga.
Bale has previously played for the Spurs where he has become PFA player of the year and Jose Mourinho has been keen on to lure him back at White Hart Lane.
