Manchester United forwrd Mason Greenwood is reportedly set for a bumper new deal at Old Trafford following his impressive form lately.
Greenwood has become a regular in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s starting XI since the restart and now has managed to found back of the net 16 times across all competitions for the 20-times English champions.
The 18-year-old is believed to be on a £25,ooo -a-week wage at the moment, however, the Red Devils are supposedly ready to reward his stellar form with a lucrative new contract.
According to The Sun, the Red Devils are ready to offer Mason Greenwood a salary of £40k per week owing to his prolific season for the Red Devils, and the fresh deal will also include performance-related bonuses.
Greenwood’s current deal at Old Trafford will end in the summer of 2023, and the attacker is expected to play a part in Sunday’s FA Cup semi-final showdown with the Blues at Wembley Stadium.
Meanwhile, Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly identified Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford as their No.1 transfer target during the summer transfer window.
The Ligue 1 giants currently boast the likes of Kylian Mbappe and Neymar in their star-studded attacking ranks, however, both players have been rumoured with moves away amid interest from Real Madrid and Barcelona respectively.
The Independent claims that Ligue 1 champions have earmarked Rashford as a player who could fill in for either player should they depart from the Parc de Princes, however, who could also complement the pair if they sign new deals at PSG.
