According to the Daily Mail the Red Devils have agreed a deal to sign Joe Hugill from Sunderland who is expected to join the club in the summer when the current travel restrictions are lifted.
Joe Hugill is just 16 years of age and plays as a forward. Despite his young age he has already represented Sunderland at U23 level.
Of course, Joe Hugill will not be playing in the first team for some time, but with a decent record at U18 level, he seems like a promising prospect and he could be an exciting talent to watch in the future.
The Norwegian has already brought through several exciting academy talents such as Brandon Williams and Mason Greenwood, whilst also helping other academy products like Marcus Rashford and Scott McTominay thrive under his leadership.
Last summer he signed the likes of Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Daniel James, meanwhile this summer he has been heavily linked with a move for Jadon Sancho.
