Gonzalo Sosa’s entourage has revealed that Manchester City and Manchester United have been keeping a close eye on the Racing Club teenager.
The 16-year-old playmaker has been emerging as a world-class talent in Argentinian football and has been a regular in the Racing Club’s U20 side.
But the player is yet to sign a professional contract with them and that has led to speculation that Sosa could on his way to Europe this summer.
Martin Sendoa, Gonzalo’s agent, admits that Real Madrid are already in the country and he is planning to hold discussions with the Spanish giants over taking his client to Madrid this summer.
But the representative also insisted that there is also interest from England and scouts from the Red Devils and the Citizens are amongst the ones who are keeping tabs on the teenage talent.
Martin told Argentine outlet Racing de Alma: “Several clubs want him, but there are Real Madrid envoys in Argentina and we are planning to get together.
“They also want him at Barcelona. Scouts from Bayern Munich, PSG from France, Manchester United and City are have followed him.”
It remains to be seen whether either of the two Manchester outfits make a concrete move for the youngster in the future.
