Gabriel Magalhaes’ representatives have met with Manchester United about a possible £30 million move to Old Trafford, reports have claimed.
There is some speculation in the media that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be handed the kind of funds he needs to improve the side in the summer, and will look to bring in another defender in order to help improve that dodgy back-line.
The Lille defender’s performances in Ligue 1 have attracted plenty of interest from other high bidders in Europe over the past few seasons, and considering the Red Devils still need to improve the summer transfer window, he has has been added to that list.
And according to recent reports on the Sky Sports website have claimed that the representatives of the Brazilian is now in the UK talking to prospective clubs about a move to England in the summer.
Now, Manchester United fans have been told that Magalhaes’ representatives have met with the clubs hierarchy to discuss a possible, although the RMC website claims that no official offer has been made just yet though.
Gabriel has taken his time to make a decision but the player is expected to decide his future in the next couple of days as he is waiting to see the offers that will come over the next few days.
Look, United need to add another defender to the side and if they do not manage to acquire the services of Gabriel, then it will be very interesting to wee which player Solskjaer signs in order to help improve the side.
If the board firmly believe that Solskjaer is the man that will lead them back to the very top, then they need to make sure that he has the money to sign players like Gabriel when they come onto that transfer market.
