Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal are among the clubs tracking Thierry Small’s situation at Everton, according to a report from Liverpool Echo.
Small’s current contract at Goodison Park expires in 2022, with the Toffees poised to tie him down to a new long-term deal.
They have already submitted a proposal for the talented defender, but he is not eligible to sign a professional contract until he turns 17, at the start of August.
The ace became the youngest player to appear for the Toffees when he replaced James Rodriguez in a 4th Round FA Cup match.
The English left-back did not make any Premier League appearances, but Small did play with the Elite Development Squad for the club in Premier League 2.
He netted three goals in 13 matches, making quite an impression with his attacking prowess. It has put a host of clubs on red alert, including the Red Devils.
It appears the youngster has been pinpointed as one of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s latest targets as the manager continues to revolve his side around young players.
As far as Thierry Small is concerned, United are not the only club keen on the Everton youngster, with the Reds and the Gunners monitoring his situation as well.
