Premier League giants, Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly set £171m price tag on Harry Kane, as the North London club look to resist interest in the English centre-forward during this summer’s transfer window.
The England skipper has informed Spurs that he is keen on making a move on in the current market, and both Man City and Man Utd have been heavily linked with his services.
The Citizens are believed to have submitted a £100m offer for the 27-year-old forward, who helped his country reach the final at the Euro 2020, however, losing to Italy in the penalty shootaround.
However, according to TuttoMercatoWeb, Tottenham would not consider selling their star player this summer unless they received an offer in the region of £171m.
The report suggested that the capital outfit are ‘convinced’ that they will be able to keep hold of 27-year-old forward, who will have to actively force an exit if he wishes to move on ahead of the next campaign.
Manchester United need a reliable goalscorer and they are believed to be desperately chasing for Harry Kane’s services.
The striker enjoyed a stunning 2020-21 season for Tottenham Hotspur founding back of the net 33 times and providing 17 assists in 49 games in all competitions.
