ccording to the Daily Star, Manchester United are set to offer Paul Pogba a lucrative new three-year contract.
It represents a remarkable turnaround for a player who looked to be on his way out just a year ago. Pogba has been excellent since the restart and is once again one of United’s best players.
The arrival of Bruno Fernandes in January can be seen as a pivotal moment of the season. Not only did the Portuguese add quality to the United midfield, but also raised the performance of Pogba. The duo has since gone on to form a solid partnership.
Currently, Pogba is in the final year of his contract, although United have the option of extending it another year.

According to the report, his new terms could see Pogba take home in excess of £225,000-a-week. This represents a significant upgrade on his current deal worth £150,000-a-week.
The Frenchman is said to be happy at the club and is keen on renewing his current deal. The same was confirmed by former United star Louis Saha.
The news is in line with United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s statements regarding the Frenchman’s future.
