Manchester United defender Diogo Dalot is reportedly frustrated with his situation at Old Trafford, however, the ex-Porto defender is not being allowed to leave the club.
The defender was restricted to a 11 games across all competitions during the 2019-20 season and looked set to make a move on after falling down the pecking order under since the arrival of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
A recent report claimed that Ed Woodward is looking to offload Diego Dalot for a sizeable figure of £20m during the current transfer window, with the 20-times English champions looking to secure the services of another full-back as well as Jadon Sancho in the nearby future.
However, speaking on the Transfer Window podcast, Duncan Castles revealed that the Red Devils are blocking Dalot’s exit, much to the 21-year-old’s frustration.
The Portuguese is believed to be aggrieved at his lack of game time with the Red Devils and wants to move to a team that can guarantee him more first-team action, with French giants, Lille already believed to have had a bid turned down.
Dalot is under deal at Old Trafford until the end of the 2022-23 campaign but the defender is ready to do his best to force exit from Old Trafford.
