Manchester United are allegedly continuing to keep a close eye on any developments with the long-term future of Lazio and Serbia midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

With Jesse Lingard and Paul Pogba increasingly likely to leave Old Trafford during the summer transfer market, the Red Devils are expected to be in the transfer market for a new player in the middle of the park.

The Premier League outfit have a long-standing interest in the player, who has opted to stay at the Stadio Olimpico side in recent transfer markets rather than take on a fresh challenge somewhere else.

The report adds that the Italian club’s management want to get value for money for their prized possession, who will have just two years left on his current deal at the end of the term.

French giants Paris Saint-Germain and Serie A rivals Juventus and Inter Milan are also understood to be keen on a player who has scored eight goals and provided eight assists in the top-flight during the 2021-22 season.
