Championship outfits, Norwich City have reportedly slapped a £30m price tag on the head of in-demand full-back Max Aarons.

The right-back saw a move to La Liga giants, Barcelona, fall through last summer and ultimately remained at Carrow Road, where he has found back of the net once and provided three assists from 38 Championship starts this campaign.

The Canaries seem destined to make an immediate return to the Premier League after their relegation last campaign, however, Aarons is being tipped to depart regardless of where Norwich ply their trade in the 2021-22 season.

Aston Villa and Man Utd are reportedly hoping to strike a contract for the 21-year-old full-back but according to The Telegraph, it would take a £30m bid for Norwich to allow him to depart from the club.

Aarons stays contracted to Daniel Farke’s team until 2024, so Norwich can afford to play hardball over a fee, especially if they managed to make a promotion to the English top-tier.

Serie A giants AS Roma and AC Milan have also been credited with a strong interest in the England Under-21s international.

Championship another star David Brooks has been also rumoured with a switch to Old Trafford.
