Manchester United have been heavily linked with Kai Havertz lately and the latest reports suggest that the playmaker would be interested in moving to Old Trafford.

Last month, The Sun reported that the Premier League giants are interested in luring the German international and a fee of £70million might be needed to get his signing done.

The UK source covered another story few days back and claimed that the 20-time English champions are leading the race to sign the Kaiser, who will turn 21 next week.

Yesterday, Manchester Evening News revealed that even the Bayer Leverkusen star is open to agree a move to Manchester United in the summer transfer window.

MEN have stated that the Bundesliga club are unsure about the future of their star playmaker and could end up selling him due the financial issues created by COVID-19.

Three days ago, we covered a story talking about where Solskjaer should deploy Havertz if he does end up moving to Old Trafford.

Last season, the 7-capped international directly contributed in 27 goals in all competitions and as far as the current campaign is concerned, he has already scored 15 goals and provided 8 assists in 38 outings under Peter Bosz, who thinks that Kai is a ‘special’ player (Goal).

Since the resumption of football last month, the versatile attacker has featured in four league games and scored 5 goals.

Tomorrow, Bayer Leverkusen will collide against league leaders Bayern Munich. Man United supporters should keep an eye on the performance of Havertz vs the German champions. He was an used substitute against the Bavarians at the Allianz Arena back in November last year.
