Arsenal have reportedly expressed an interest in securing the services of Aston Villa midfield star Jack Grealish.
Having founded back of the net eight times and provided six assists on the way to helping Aston Villa remain in the English top-tier, Grealish is being strongly linked with a move to Manchester United.
According to Sky Sports News, the North London club have also made enquiries with regards to the availability of the talented English midfielder.
However, the report adds that the North London club were quickly put off by Villa’s valuation, said to be valued at £80m.
That stance allegedly leaves it increasingly likely that the 24-year-old will spend at least another campaign in the West Midlands.
Grealish still has three years left on his current deal at the club.
Man Utd and Arsenal are both keen on to strengthen their midfield options, however, after failing to secure Champions League football next season the Gunners are unlikely to splash money this summer.
Both Premier League teams also considering a move for another Premier League star Wilfried Zaha who has made it clear to depart from Crystal Palace for the next season.
